Project Management and Project Maintenance
Project Management is an integral part of the company’s activities. Responsibilities include site coordination between various sub-contractors, main contractor and other service vendors. Regular meetings with main con as well as consultants and designers are on weekly basis. Weekly and monthly detailed progress reports followed by photo report on an ad-hoc basis. And of course to keep to the main project schedule is of the utmost importance.
Usually, clients will also engage us for maintenance services upon completion of the project. Other then performing the necessary preventive maintenance, we provide professional advice on upgrade options to keep their systems up to date. Systems that we maintain include the following:

Audio, Visual and Integrated Control Systems

Theatrical Lighting Systems

Automated lighting fixtures with integrated dichroic colors and gobos that are indexable and even with motorized profiling functions. However, the age-old concept dimmers and lanterns with zoom functions are still predominantly utilized in many installations.
Architectural and Stadium Lighting Systems

And not unlike theatrical lightings, architectural lightings have also embraced new technologies with the adoption of LED technology being used in many architectural lighting fixtures today. The company also undertakes large venue lighting projects e.g. Stadium lighting towers. At the moment, the company is involved in the designing and implementation of wireless RF control, scheduling and monitoring of tower lightings at a prestigious venue in Singapore.
Air-conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Services
This is for the operation, service and maintenance of the air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems for various buildings. In addition, planning, project monitoring, installation of air-conditioning systems under retrofit or renovation, and that for new developments are also undertaken.
Operation, Servicing & Maintenance
The air-conditioning systems and equipment serviced and maintained include:
- Central air-conditioning systems, which include chillers, water pumps, cooling towers, air-handling systems, water treatment systems and control systems.
- Individual air conditioners, such as split or window units.
- Ducted mechanical ventilation systems, such as exhaust systems in industrial as well as public access venues etc.
Electrical Services
Electrical services generally include planning and estimating costs of electrical works for new as well as renovation projects, resolving problematic electrical distribution and power quality and conducting tests on component or equipment related to networks system. Other areas of work include periodic maintenance works, installation/removal of lighting points and power points.
A team of technicians is on 24-hour stand-by to attend to emergencies such as power failures.
Fire Protection System Services
Fire Protection System Services include the installation, servicing, maintenance, repair and renovation works for fire alarm, sprinkler, hose reel, extinguisher and hydrant. Training is also available upon request on how to use the fire extinguisher and/or fire hose reel for a fire evacuation drill.

Plumbing / Sanitary Services
Plumbing and Sanitary services cover the repair of minor defects in washrooms (defective taps, shower heads, sinks, etc.), domestic and underground water pipelines, sanitary pipes and appliances such as defective urinals and flush valves, leaky pipes and choked drainage.
Mechanical Works
Generally, mechanical works deal with the installation; maintenance and repair of items that are metal-based, such as metal bollards, racks, roller shutters, castor wheels for bulk bins and office chairs. Even minor emergencies will also be attended to like unlocking metal cabinets. Other areas of work include minor welding works and providing evaluation reports for metal-based items that are to be written-off through the Board of Survey.
