About Us
CUL M&E Pte Ltd is one of the leading contractors in the field of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects. Inaugurated on the 8th of November 2006 as a Limited Private Company, the company has established itself as being one that takes pride in its quality of service and work delivered. Since establish, we have already worked on several large-scale projects at some of the more prestigious locations in Singapore.
At the moment, the company is registered in M/S BCA as an L3 contractor with a limit of up to S$1, 500,000.00 contract. The company is in the process of applying L4, of which results will be known in the coming weeks. With the new approved limits, CUL will be able to scale to even higher peaks with the continued support of its valued clients.
At CUL, all staff members understand that delivering projects within budget, executing it with the highest quality and in the most stringent manner are essentials that our clients value. However, the company also cultivates the importance of Safety, Health and Environmental issues. The company is totally committed to the continual improvements in these areas and constantly strives to set high quality standards and meet clients’ expectations all the time, every time.
Key Personnel
Heading the management is Mr. Ho Wai Lam, the Managing Director of the company. In charge of the overall running of the business operations, Mr. Ho has worked with several reputable companies in the industry for the past 15 years before he established CUL M&E Pte Ltd.
Another Director of the company is Mr. Liau Thian Sing, who has been with the company since its inception. Mr. Liau is a very experienced electrical engineer who has more than 15 years of experience plying his trade in the construction industry of Singapore.
The other key personnel are as follows:

Mechanical Engineer: Mr. Tan K.P.
Audio Visual Engineer: Mr. Salihin
Site Supervisor: Mr. Alex Kang
The company has an approximate staff strength of 16 assisting in its daily activities.
